Telkom Rewards Platform Terms and Conditions: 1.1.1. All persons (“Participants”) entering the Telkom Rewards platform (“Promotion”) agree that the Promotion rules, as set out in these Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), shall apply and are binding on them. 1.1.2. TLC Marketing Worldwide (Pty) Ltd (“TLC”) and Telkom are collectively referred to as the “Promoters” in respect of the Promotion for purposes of these Terms and Conditions. 1.1.3. The campaign commences on 1 November 2023 and all days inclusive. Nature of the Rewards 1.1.4. These Terms and Conditions cover the rewards that we source for you from our partners. The Promoters of these rewards, Telkom The Hub, 61 Oak Ave, Highveld Techno Park, Centurion, 0157 (a private company duly incorporated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa with its registered address at 1st Floor, Block F; 150 Linden Road, Strathavon, Sandton, 2196(“TLC”). 1.1.5. By accessing these rewards, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and you consent to us sharing your personal data with: affiliates (means, in relation to TLC Marketing Worldwide, any entity Controlling, Controlled by or under common Control with The Promoters from time to time) and suppliers for purposes of this reward. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the Terms and Conditions applicable to The Promoters Rewards. If there is a conflict between the Terms and Conditions applicable to the account or service and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions will apply insofar as the rewards are concerned. 1.1.6. All personal information is valid for the period of the campaign – this information is relevant for the campaign information only, and personal information is kept confidential and aligned to the Protection of Personal Information Act. No data will be shared with 3rd parties or used for any marketing purposes without the consumer’s consent. 2. Qualifying criteria • You are a permanent resident and/or citizen of the Republic of South Africa. • You have a valid identity number. • You are 18 years and older. • Selected existing Telkom customers will qualify based on their tenure and active use of services on the Telkom network. • Only selected customers will qualify based on Telkom’s full discretion. • TLC to SMS the qualifying customer base with the unique code and microsite link (www.infinitemaxplus.co.za). 3. Reward Offers: Participants will select 1 of the rewards from the list of available options. 3.1. Go Rhino 12 Months 2 For 1 dining. 3.2. TLC Travel R400 flight voucher. 3.3. R1000 hotel voucher. 4. Partner Terms of use Go-Rhino - 12 Month Dining Go-Rhino Dining vouchers to the value of R100 (one hundred) off the second person’s main meal for 12 months at any of our participating restaurants. The list of restaurants is available on www.go-dining.co.za 1. Upon redeeming this reward the participant will receive a welcome letter via email from Go-Rhino, which will include a process on how to use the reward. 2. The voucher expiration is 1(one) month after redemption and valid for 1 month from the date of issue prior to redemption. 3. The participant is allowed to use the dining reward once per day over a 12-month period. 4. The participant must logon to www.go-dining.co.za and choose a restaurant. 5. The participant must call Go-Rhino on 0861143643 to make a booking. 6. Go-Rhino will respond with a booking confirmation. 7. The participant must present confirmation at the restaurant – Customer will receive R100 (one hundred rand) off second main meal (starters and desserts are excluded). 8. This offer excludes Public Holidays and other Special Occasion days, including but not limited to, Valentines, Father’s and or Mother’s Day. 9. Bookings must be made Monday to Friday from 08h30 to 16h30 and on Saturday from 08h30 to 12h30. 10. In the event that a restaurant is closed, the Promoters will not be able to make a reservation at that required restaurant. 11. In the event that the restaurant is fully booked, the Promoters will not be able 12. to make a reservation at the required restaurant. 13. The Promoters will offer alternate restaurants of the same stature within the 14. same region of the initial required restaurant for the customer’s consideration. 15. Partner terms and conditions apply – see www.go-dining.co.za for more. TLC Travel – R400 1. This voucher can only be used on www.tlctravel.co.za 2. These vouchers are valid for the period stipulated. 3. The participant is allowed a maximum of 6 uses of the reward over a 24-month period. 4. The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash value. 5. Any amount of the voucher not redeemed on booking may be forfeited. 6. Voucher code is case sensitive. 7. Select payment method before attempting to insert voucher code. 8. Please note parental/legal guardian consent is required for a flight ticket to be issued in the name of a minor. 13. Please note that the voucher codes cannot be stacked and used together. R1000 Hotel Voucher (Credit for Travel) Participants are allowed maximum of 1 accommodation booking every month over a 24-month period. TERMS & CONDITIONS: English This activation is organized and promoted by TELKOM Rewards. All consumers to this activation (“consumers”) shall be subject to these Terms and conditions. Activation dates The activation will commence and cease on the respective dates: 1 November 2023 Redemptions will be accepted 7 days after the campaign ends. Hotel Bookings can be made until the end of the campaign The participating countries: South Africa. Entries from other locations will not be considered. Mechanics • Participant is a permanent resident and/or citizen of the Republic of South Africa. • Participant has a valid identity number. • Participant is 18 years and older. • Telkom customers will qualify based on their tenure and active use of services on the Telkom network. • Rewards will be determined by any valid entry of participating product 1. The redemption process TLC Marketing is responsible for the fulfillment of the hotel stays by provision of means of the introduction of the promotional codes obtained during their participation to a Promotional Campaign managed by the Agency. The redemption process will be as follows: Users must access the website www.nationalhotelnetwork.com after receiving their promotional code obtained by participating in the TELKOM reward platform. • Users must enter their promotional code and PIN number to be granted access to the site where they can view the list of hotels available to book their stay. • Once they have selected the hotel of their choice, they must confirm their details and will automatically receive an email booking confirmation and Booking Voucher with relevant details of the venue they have booked. 8. Promotional code - conditions of use • The Promotional Code will have a period of 1 month from day of receipt. • Once the validity period has expired, the Promotional Codes will expire, and the user will not be able to access the list of hotels and/or book the one night stay anymore. • The Promotional Code is nominative and will allow access to the platform as many times as necessary, during its period of validity, until the user makes a booking. Once the Booking has been made the Promotional Code will no longer be valid. 9. All valid reward recipients will receive one (1) “Reward” for every valid and complete entry submitted successfully on the redemption platform. No Limitation per household. 10. Reward/s are non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-exchangeable. Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us in writing, by email to customerservice@travelcredits.com and will take effect at the time we receive it. Please note that all our customer service team operates 09.00-1600 weekdays only, so requests much be received no later than an hour before close of business. Please ensure that you have received written confirmation of any changes to your booking prior to travel. Whilst we will try to assist, we cannot guarantee that the Supplier/Principal will meet such requests. Amendments and cancellations can only be accepted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Supplier/Principal of your Arrangements. The Supplier/Principal may charge the cancellation or amendment charges shown in their booking conditions (which may be as much as 100% of the cost of the Arrangements and will normally increase closer to the date of departure). Please note: some Supplier/Principals do not allow changes and therefore full cancellation charges will apply. Additionally, in circumstances where refunds are processed, these are affected by daily FX rates and local bank charges. If users should choose not to travel and do not make arrangements to change or cancel the booking, this will be classified as a ‘no show’, users will lose their right to their hotel stay and will not be able to rebook another stay and will lose access to the Travel Credits booking platform. They will have no right for any substitute offer, no compensation of any kind or cash equivalent. 11. Reward/s cannot be exchanged for cash or reward credit. 12. The Hotel Stay is based on a maximum of 5 guests sharing one room, with a maximum of 2 Adults, depending in the hotel selected. 13. Bookings can only be made via this website via completion of the online booking form. Any booking made directly with the hotel will not be honored nor reimbursed by TLC. 14. The Booking Voucher will be valid only for the selected Hotel. 15. The Booking voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions. 16. Cost of travel to and from the hotel, holiday insurance, any additional night or services or any other ancillary costs associated with the use of the offer are excluded and is entirely at the expense of each individual. Spending money is not included within the offer. Terms and conditions of each individual venue will apply. 17. All bookings are subject to the hotel’s promotional availability for the offer and room basis will be stated. Hotel availability will fluctuate throughout the year. Some hotels operate a strict room allocation policy for promotional bookings. TLC are not responsible for the availability of any of the hotels featured on the website. 18. Once you have booked your free one-night stay via this website you are unable to make any amends or cancel your booking. If there is a problem with your booking or you are not able to use, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to: infmaxplus@tlcrewards.com. 19. Cancellations and amends cannot be guaranteed and are at the discretion of each individual hotel. General terms 1. By entering this activation consumers warrant that they have read and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. 2. If for any reason this activation is not capable of being carried on as planned, due to without limitation infection by any computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, act of God, war (whether or not declared), political coup or insurrection, rebellion, labor dispute, fire, epidemic, storm, flood, typhoon, explosion, legal enactment, government directive, order or regulation, any law or regulation having force of law or any other reason or cause beyond the control of TELKOM Rewards, which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this activation, to the fullest extent permitted by law, reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this activation and to disqualify any consumer who tampers with the activation and/or the entry process. 3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TELKOM Rewards is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer software and/or equipment, failure of any e-mail account or any combination thereof. 4. TELKOM Rewards will be entitled at its sole discretion and subject to any applicable law, to cancel, terminate, extend or suspend the activation or to modify these terms and conditions at any time prior to the closing date. 5. TELKOM Rewards shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any death or personal injury suffered or sustained by the consumer. Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, the consumer hereby releases Emirates for Universal Tyres LLC, and all persons or corporations associated directly or indirectly with the activation from any and/or all claims, demands and proceedings whatsoever arising as a consequence of: (a) Their participation in the activation. (b) Any breach of these terms and conditions; (c) Non-receipt of the prize due to force majeure; (d) The use or non-use of the reward 6. This release and indemnity extend to and includes TELKOM Rewards its parent company and its related bodies corporate, and its respective directors, officers, agents, contractors, employees, and sponsors associated with or which is involved directly or indirectly with the activation. This release and indemnity continue forever and bind the consumers' heirs, executors, personal representatives, and assigns. 7. By entering this competition, I allow TELKOM Reward to send or forward marketing material relating to products or services. I also consent to my personal data i.e.: Name, Contact, E-mail Address being shared with the authorized partner TLC Marketing, solely for the intent of receiving the prize. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash in part or whole and are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable and the organisers reserve the right to substitute any prize with another prize of similar or equal value. 5.1.2. The organisers do not guarantee any buy-back of any of the prizes given away in the promotion. 5.1.3. Only one unique code per Telkom participant may be used. 5.1.4. Not available on Weekends and Public Holidays. 7. General terms 7.1.1. Without detracting in any way from the promotion terms and conditions, the following general provisions shall be applicable to these Rules. 7.1.2. The promoter/s of this Promotion are the Organisers. The organisers will interpret the Terms and Conditions in their sole discretion and reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with the provisions contained in these Rules. 7.1.3. By entering and participating in the Promotion, you agree that the Organisers may collect and process your personal information for purposes of this Promotion. 7.1.4. The Organisers, their directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by them or any supplier of goods and services in connection with this Promotion and their spouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, business partners or associates are not eligible to participate in or enter this Promotion. 7.1.5. IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE, THE DECISION OF THE ORGANISERS WILL BE FINAL AND BINDING AND NO CORRESPONDENCE WILL BE ENTERED INTO IN THIS REGARD AND FOR FURTHER CLARITY, THE ORGANISERS SHALL BE ENTITLED TO DEAL WITH SUCH DISPUTES (OR ANY FAILURE BY ENTRANTS TO FOLLOW THE RULES) IN THEIR SOLE DISCRETION, INCLUDING THAT THE ORGANISERS SHALL BE ENTITLED, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER RIGHTS WHICH THE ORGANISERS MAY HAVE IN TERMS OF THESE RULES, TO IMMEDIATELY DISQUALIFY ENTRANTS FROM THIS PROMOTION. BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION AND/OR ACCEPTING ANY PRIZE, THE ENTRANTS, USERS AND/OR WINNERS HEREBY INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE ORGANISERS (INCLUDING THEIR SUBSIDIARIES, HOLDING COMPANIES AND AFFILIATES), THEIR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS AND CONTRACTORS (THE “ORGANISER PARTIES”) 7.1.6. FROM AND AGAINST ANY ACTIONS, CLAIMS AND/OR LIABILITY FOR INJURY, LOSS, DAMAGE, EXPENSE, CLAIM OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION, AND/OR THE USE, ACCEPTANCE OR POSSESSION OF A PRIZE, AND/OR PARTICIPATION (OR NON-PARTICIPATION) IN A PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY. 7.1.7. Participants who, in the organisers’ sole determination, act unlawfully, fraudulently, in breach of these Rules and/or Terms and Conditions or otherwise dishonestly may be disqualified from participating in the Promotion and shall not be eligible to win any prize. 7.1.8. The Promoters are not responsible for any reward misrepresentation (written or verbal) on warranties by anyone / group other than TLC Marketing Worldwide. 7.1.9. ADDITIONAL TO ANY OTHER RIGHTS CONTAINED IN THE COMPETITON RULES, THE ORGANISERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE PROMOTION AT ANY TIME WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. IF THIS IS THE CASE, THE ORGANISERS WILL PROVIDE A NOTICE ON THE WEBSITE AND IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ENTRANTS TO REVIEW SUCH WEBSITE IN THIS RESPECT. IN SUCH EVENT, ALL ENTRANTS HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHTS WHICH THEY MAY HAVE AGAINST ANY OF THE ORGANISER PARTIES AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY WILL HAVE NO RECOURSE OR CLAIM OF ANY NATURE AGAINST THE ORGANISER PARTIES. 7.1.10. THE PROMOTERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY TECHNICAL FAILURE THAT MAY RESULT IN AN ENTRY NOT BEING SUCCESSFULLY SUBMITTED. ANY PRIZE IS ACCEPTED BY A WINNER AT HIS/HER OWN RISK AND THE ORGANISERS ARE NOT LIABLE, AT ANY TIME, FOR ANY DEFECT IN THE PRIZE. 7.1.11. The duration of this Promotion may also be extended or curtailed at the sole discretion of the Promoters. If this is the case, the Organisers will provide notice of this on the Website. A copy of the Competition rules is available at no cost to the Participants and can be downloaded in printable form at www.infinitemaxplus.co.za. 8. EXCLUSIONS AND OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS 8.1.1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to, or must be understood to, unlawfully restrict, limit or avoid any rights or obligations, as the case may be, created for either the participant or the Promoter in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 ("CPA"). 8.1.2. By entering the Programme in accordance with its terms, Participants acknowledge that the Programme will be managed in accordance with the provisions of the CPA. Qualifying participants undertake to expeditiously do all things necessary to enable the Promoters to comply with their obligations under the CPA including, but not limited to providing such personal information as may be required in order to facilitate handing over the reward. 8.1.3. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
